Spreadsheets as the system of record
Planning starts with a report downloaded from Seller Central and pasted into last month’s sheet. Every marketplace adds another export, another tab, and another chance to paste over the wrong column.
A2Z ERP is our supply chain platform for Amazon FBA brands. It connects to Amazon through the Selling Partner API, keeps inventory and SKU-level sales in sync, and turns them into a monthly forecast and a reorder plan.

Planning starts with a report downloaded from Seller Central and pasted into last month’s sheet. Every marketplace adds another export, another tab, and another chance to paste over the wrong column.
FBA stock, AWD stock and sales history live in separate reports. By the time they are lined up in one place, the numbers describe last week, not today.
With no forecast anyone trusts, the order quantity is a judgment call. Guess low and the listing runs out of stock. Guess high and the excess sits in storage, collecting fees.
A2Z ERP connects to Amazon through the Selling Partner API in all three of its regions, North America, Europe and the Far East, and the marketplaces within them. Your data comes from Amazon, not from a report someone remembered to download.
Follow FBA stock through Amazon’s inventory ledger and see what you hold in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) in the same place, so stock sitting upstream is visible next to stock in fulfillment centers.
Sales history for every SKU is pulled from Amazon automatically. Nobody exports a report, and the numbers you plan from are the ones Amazon recorded.
Each SKU’s monthly sales sit beside its forecast. Choose how many months of sales history to read and how far ahead to forecast, filter by marketplace, and see the month-over-month trend for every row.
The forecast feeds the reorder plan, so how much to send starts from projected demand for each SKU rather than from a gut call.
Connect an Amazon account through a guided setup, and A2Z ERP imports your product catalog automatically. There is no SKU list to build by hand before you can start.

Shopify stock and sales in the same plan as Amazon, so a multichannel brand forecasts from one picture.
Payouts and fees alongside the sales and inventory they relate to.
A2Z ERP reads your data through the Selling Partner API, the interface Amazon provides for authorized software. There is no shared Seller Central password and no screen scraping.
The credentials that let A2Z ERP call the Selling Partner API on your behalf are encrypted before they are stored. They are never kept in plain text.
Access control, encryption in transit, logging and incident response follow the policy set out on our security page.
A2Z ERP is the system behind our operations service. When we run a brand’s Amazon operations, the forecast, the inventory position and the reorder plan all come from here, and the brand signs in to the same numbers we work from.
You connect your Amazon account through the guided onboarding. Your catalog, inventory and sales history come in automatically.
Your operator reviews the monthly forecast by SKU and marketplace and turns it into a reorder plan you can see and question.
We place the purchase orders, build the shipments, and coordinate your suppliers and 3PLs. That part is the operations service, priced on its own.
