Who we are
A2Z Supply Chain is an operations partner for e-commerce brands. We run supply chain, fulfillment, and marketplace operations for sellers on Amazon FBA, Shopify, Walmart WFS, TikTok Shop, and Wayfair. This policy covers the website at a2zsupplychain.com and describes what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
For anything in this policy, the controller of your data is A2Z Supply Chain. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect two narrow categories of information, and nothing beyond them.
- Information you submit through the contact form: your name, work email, company, primary selling platform, and the message you write to us.
- Basic technical logs generated when the site is served: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These are standard server records used for security and reliability.
We do not collect payment details, precise location, or any special categories of personal data through this site.
How we use it
We use the information above for three purposes only.
- Responding to your inquiry: the reason you contacted us in the first place.
- Scheduling introductory calls. If you book time with us, the booking runs through Google Calendar and we use your details to confirm and hold the slot.
- Improving the service: aggregate patterns in inquiries and site logs help us understand what prospective clients need.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your inquiry stays between you and us.
Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on two. Consent applies when you actively submit the contact form. You choose what to tell us and can withdraw at any time. Legitimate interest applies to responding to business inquiries you initiate and to keeping routine technical logs that protect the site against abuse. Neither basis involves profiling or automated decision-making.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as they remain relevant to the engagement inquiry: while we are corresponding with you, scoping work, or actively serving your brand. Once an inquiry is clearly closed, we remove it from active records. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will confirm once it is done. Technical logs rotate automatically on a short cycle.
Sharing
We do not sell data to anyone. A small set of processors handle data on our behalf, strictly to run the services described above.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and stores form submissions in transit.
- Google Calendar, which processes booking details when you schedule a call with us.
- LinkedIn, if you choose to interact with us there. That interaction is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and only to the extent required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data-protection law gives you rights over the personal information we hold. We honor these for everyone who contacts us, regardless of jurisdiction.
- Access: ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: have your data deleted when it is no longer needed.
- Restriction: limit how we process your data while a question is resolved.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data request”. We respond to every request and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
