Who you are contracting with
This website and the services described on it are provided by Ecom Store LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as A2Z Supply Chain, of 30 N Gould St, STE 28154, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “A2Z” mean that company, and “you” means the person or business using this website or engaging us.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of a2zsupplychain.com and set out, in outline, the basis on which we provide services. They do not replace a signed engagement. Where we are actually working for you, the services agreement you signed governs scope, fees, service levels, liability, and termination, and it takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.
Using this website
You may read, print, and share anything published here. You may not:
- Use the site in a way that interferes with it or with anyone else's use of it, including automated traffic that degrades service.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, the studio, or the systems behind it that has not been made public.
- Republish substantial parts of our written content as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without asking us first.
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, or to submit data belonging to someone who has not agreed to it being sent.
The text, images, structure, and code of this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Names and marks belonging to other companies, including the marketplaces we work in, belong to those companies. We reference them to describe where our service operates, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation with any of them.
What we do, and what we do not do
We provide operational services: demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, inbound shipment planning, supplier coordination, third-party logistics coordination, invoice reconciliation, and the marketplace case work attached to those. The current scope is described on our services pages, and how those services are priced is set out on our pricing page.
We are not a freight forwarder, a customs broker, a warehouse, a fulfillment provider, a marketplace, an advertising agency, an accountant, or a law firm. Where a piece of work needs one of those, we coordinate with the provider you appoint, and their contract is with you.
Access to your accounts
Where an engagement requires us to work inside your selling accounts, warehouse portals, or supplier systems, you grant that access to named individuals on our team, at the permission level the agreed scope requires. You keep ownership of those accounts, you can see what access has been granted, and you can withdraw it at any time without notice to us.
We act on your instruction and within the policies of the platform concerned. If an instruction would put us in breach of a platform's rules, we will say so and decline it. How access is controlled, logged, and revoked is described on our security page.
What we need from you
- Accurate and reasonably timely data. A forecast built on an incomplete sales export is a worse forecast, and we will tell you when that is what we have.
- Decisions on the things that are yours to decide: what to buy, what to spend, and which suppliers to use. We build and recommend the plan; committing your capital is your call unless the engagement says otherwise in writing.
- The access agreed in the scope, and prompt notice if it changes or is withdrawn.
- That you have the right to give us the data and access you give us.
Fees
Engagements are quoted individually and billed as a fixed monthly fee agreed in writing before work starts. The pricing structure, what the fee includes, what it excludes, and the commitment and notice periods are set out on our pricing page, and confirmed in your engagement letter. We do not charge commission on purchase orders, a share of recovered claims, or a percentage of your revenue.
Confidentiality
Your commercial information, including sales history, margins, supplier terms, and forecasts, is confidential. We do not disclose it, and we do not share one client's information with another in any form, aggregated or otherwise. This survives the end of the engagement. Where we publish a case study, it is either fully anonymised or published with the client's written permission.
Data protection
Personal data collected through this website is handled as described in our privacy policy. Client and selling-account data is handled as described on our security page, including retention, deletion, access control, and incident response.
What we do not promise
We commit to the work, the cadence, and the judgement of experienced operators. We do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome, and you should be wary of anyone in this industry who does.
- We do not guarantee sales, revenue, ranking, margin, or growth.
- We do not guarantee a forecast accuracy figure. We commit to measuring accuracy honestly from the first month and showing you the error.
- We do not guarantee that a claim, dispute, or reimbursement request will be granted. That decision belongs to the marketplace or the warehouse.
- We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, policies, or performance of any third party, including marketplaces, carriers, warehouses, and suppliers.
- This website is provided as is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error at every moment.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and except where your signed services agreement says otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by the act or omission of a third party you have contracted with. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement on the notice period stated in the engagement letter, which is normally thirty days. On termination we hand back the working documents, revoke our access, close the operator accounts, and delete the operational records we hold, as described on our security page. Fees are payable up to the end of the notice period.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version always lives at this address. Changes here do not vary a signed engagement, which can only be varied in writing between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any different arrangement recorded in a signed services agreement.
