Track record

The work, the numbers, and who says so.

Every figure on this page has a write-up behind it showing how it was arrived at, and every quote comes from a brand we actually run operations for. Where we cannot publish a client's name we say so rather than inventing one.

Credentials

Who you would actually be handing the keys to.

A2Z Supply Chain is the trading name of Ecom Store LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St, STE 28154, Sheridan, WY 82801, US, operating since 2020.

6+ years

Running e-commerce supply chain operations

Operating since 2020 under Ecom Store LLC, a registered Wyoming limited liability company.

One

Named operator who owns each account

Every engagement has a single operator accountable for it, with named cover on the shifts either side. Each operator holds their own credentials and is granted access only to the accounts they run.

7

Sales channels operated

Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Faire, and eBay, planned from one inventory position.

24/7

Coverage across three shifts

Asia, Europe and Americas shifts, so supplier hours and seller hours are both covered. Shift windows are published on the About page.

Training and standards we hold ourselves to

  • Operators complete Amazon Seller University coursework on FBA inventory management, inbound shipment creation, and account health during onboarding.
  • We operate under Amazon's Data Protection Policy for all Selling Partner data we are given access to.
  • FBA policy changes are tracked in internal documentation that is reviewed and reissued to the operations team.
  • Access to any client account is granted per operator, per account, and revoked on offboarding.

We do not hold a SOC 2 Type II report or an ISO 27001 certificate, and we do not claim either. The controls we do operate are written out in full on our security page, and we will walk any of them through with you before you grant access.

Where we operate

  • Amazon North America (US, Canada, Mexico)
  • Amazon Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain)
  • Walmart Marketplace and WFS (US)
  • Shopify (worldwide)
  • TikTok Shop (US, UK)
  • eBay, Wayfair and Faire (US)
Success stories

Engagements where the numbers are ours to share.

Each of these is a real engagement written up with the working shown: what the problem was, what we did, and what it was worth. Client names are used only where we have written permission.
